For me, the word of the day is self-control. Do you have a habit you wish to quit? Do you have an attitude that is affecting someone negatively? All of these things are under your own self-control. No one can make you be happy. No one can make you quit smoking, or biting your nails (which is what I need to do). It all comes down to self-control. You need to just make up your mind to do it and do it.
