Would You Rather.

If all the problems the United States is creating after the elections hasn’t made you lose faith in the masses why not try a game of ‘Would You Rather?’.

I don’t know what twisted mind wants to know whether I would prefer to swim through a river of crap, or a river of dead bodies, but I truly don’t ever see either one of them happening and I don’t find it amusing that I would have to answer such a question, even for a game!!

I prefer real-type scenarios. Would I rather drown or burn in a fire? These two things could happen. What if I was started on fire, then to try and save my life, a friend threw me into a body of water and I drowned?! That is a real life scenario, ya never know! Much more real than dead bodies or crap!

But, I find it compelling that in all my research for This or that, or, Would You Rather scenarios, there are really terrible choices that someone, at some meeting thought up!! Does life sometimes have terrible choices? Sure! 2016 United States Election, Exhibit A.

Maybe it’s just me, but not all choices need to lead to bad choices. Maybe we are looking at our choices all wrong. And maybe, when we, or others, choose something, we should give that choice a chance to screw up before we crucify it! But, that’s the way it’s always been! Ever since Jesus Christ arrived on the scene of our crimes. Barabas or Jesus, and we chose to release a criminal- again.

Okay, I am done with politics, this has never been a political blog and it won’t start now!! This is for inspiration. For new positive thinking. So, let’s do that. Why do we always have our choices lead to bad choices? Do we always do that? Or is there some positive choices in history that have lead to some pretty great things? Yes there is!

To be, or not to be! Shakespeare. He lead to some great things! And now today, you can choose to be or not to be. You can choose to be a productive member of the world and make positive changes within it, or you can choose to be a parasite. Those are really the only toe choices. Either you are working to add to the collective good, or you are along for the ride to see what you can get out of it.

It’s not all doom and gloom though, so let’s not make all choices either extremely good or extremely bad. Sometimes this or that turns out to be a ham sandwhich, or a taco. Either way, you’re eating.

Would you rather go through life miserable and feeling like you’ve been beat up, or would you rather meet each challenge as a warrior? You can choose either way. And you will have to do it multiple times a day. Are you up for the challenge, or would you rather sit down and do nothing?
