You see it all over in advertisements, it sells. We all want it, but we can never fully attain it. What am I writing about vigor?
One day, our bodies will all turn cold and die. It is a fact of life. We can maintain our vigor for longer periods of time by eating right, drinking plenty of water and exercising, but even those moves don’t make vigor for certain.
I work out. I drink at least 80 ounces of water or 100% juice every day. I read. I follow bloggers. I try to get involved in as many areas of people’s interests as I can. And still, one day, the vigor will end. It is a simple fact of life. It is nothing to be ashamed of. Embrace it!
Too many of us fear getting old. I admit, I’m on that bus. I may even be the driver! Our thoughts control our actions and even our bodies. If we believe we are full of life and strength, we will be. If we think we will die of cancer, or a heart attack, or God forbid, crossing the street and get hit by a bus, that may very well happen! Our thoughts have a huge impacr on what we bring into our reality.
Of you want your life to be vigorous, think on it and take the actions to make your body believe it is! That’s the miracle, my friend. Whether you believe you can, or you believe you can’t, you’re right!
