Small Changes Lead To Big Results.

As of today I have drastically cut back my sugar intake and 99.9% cut out all soda pop from my life. I have been drinking a minimum of 80 ounces of water every single day. It has come to the point where if I don’t do that, I feel light headed and sick.

I have started lifting light weights for 15-30 minutes 3-4 times a week. I have recently started to see changes in my muscles.

I have felt overall much better than I have in months and it was only because of these two small seemingly insignificant changes to me!!

I have a long way to go, but I already see a difference in me!!
